Home care means help arrives at the times it’s needed, so people can keep living in the home they know. Our carers visit people in Portsmouth and nearby, from a morning call to help someone get up and dressed through to several visits across the day.

Care planned around the person
Before care starts, we visit to agree the times, the tasks and how the person likes things done. That goes into a written care plan which carers follow at every visit, and we review it with you whenever needs change. See what happens when you start care with us.
Paying for care
Some people pay for their own care. Others have funding from their local council, sometimes as a direct payment they manage themselves. Tell us how care will be funded when you get in touch and we’ll explain how it works with us.
