- Regular work with the same homes and the same clients, so you can build relationships
- Your pay rates agreed with you before you start
What you’ll need
- The right to work in the UK
- To agree to an enhanced DBS check
- Two references, including your most recent employer
- For nurses, a live NMC registration
- For home care work, a driving licence and car is a big help, though not essential for every role
